Hey can you help me get a hold of Mike Sibley for his v-brace for the 150 also fits the 120/140. You said his design is a little better since it ties into the top center motor mount. You will however have to cut the glairshield to get to it. Would be very interested for my cessna 140. Thanks -Alan

TVATIVAK71I’ll try to dig up his contact info. But don’t guarantee I still have it. I know I got it from someone on this site or the 140 association site. His design has a heavy duty aluminum center channel at top of boot cowl. We never used it cause I didn’t want to remove that preexisting channel that is riveted to that aluminum casting that already is attached to the top center of engine mount. Maybe the 150 didn’t have that channel. It’s interesting to note that 180,185,206 and 207 planes just have a simple doubler where brace attaches to dash. They don’t have any structural set up under the dash like a 120 or 140 does.
Very well made V brace and we didn’t have to remove windshield to install it either.
