    Loading our aging Weimeraner "Magpie" into the back seat for the last time...on a flight from KPSC to 1W1 to visit our daughter. It was the last time she flew with us before cancer took her in Dec '18. Now have a 10 week old Weim who is either sleeping...or imitating an angry terrorist... :) Her...

    Canard adds some lift up front....major benefit is the tremendous reduction in down-load on the horizontal stabilizer. Flies slow and flat...great vis over the nose...

    My "new" ride.... purchased in August 2018 in AZ. Flew her from Phoenix to SE Washington...fuel stop at KLOL. The Peterson canard and 260hp IO-470 make a nice combination. BRS parachute system in the baggage area.

    The Alvord Desert off my right wing....never landed there but it is on my short list for this year...planning a camp out in August 2019 to see the meteor showers.

    Chelton panel in the new (new to me) converted C182P (Peterson 260SE). Still learning the panel...this is SE of Reno at about 10.5 headed northwest to WA.
