    Gotta think back, David, the "Rocket man," went to Rensselaer Polytechnic institute over in Troy around 2007-12. Great guy, deaf, A&P, IA, but couldn't check out as a pilot due to BS regulations. (I know plenty of CPLs who are functionally deaf, or they just ignore everythng.) Built himself a Legit 243 pound FAR 103 Pietenpol SkyScout. (HEY, F*** Y** O******* C***.)
