That is about $30,000 more than I paid for a virtually identical 73 182P 4 years ago. Mine had a 750 hour Pponk, 3 blade Mac 406, no garmin, but a decent autopilot. Total airframe time was about 5000. As I recall the the asking price was $65,000 and I paid $57,000 for it. It has been a great plane. Rhyppa He is overpriced especially if the cylinder ad applies if it does and they paid for a new top on it I think a fair price is 65 to 70. Be patient plenty mid 70s 182 with pponks or ts engines out there and buyer with cash is in the drivers seat or move on to the next one12 years ago
