Made it to Felts Field yesterday and made about 4 stops around town and then Headed back toward Pullman. Found a great little grass strip in Garfield, So I landed and met the owner, who is also a C180 Driver. He is living in his Hanger/Shop while building a new home. He talked about doing a fly-in there next spring. Really neat spot.
I have seen that airplane at the St Maries Idaho airport at least three times in the last year or so. One time I talked to a young guy, maybe in his late 20's, that said he was the pilot for the owner....

We stopped in Chamberlin after the Big Creek Breakfast. It was my first time to land at Chamberlin. It is a nice place. Only had 1 hunter with pack-horses with a camp set up across from the cabins....
