Center Strut 53.5 inches 56 1/4 inches bolt to bolt
Aft strut 29 and 30 3/4 inches bolt to bolt
front wires 55 inches
aft wires 51 inches
Cross wires 100 inches
Spreader Bars 112 inches
NOTE : the front and aft wires are actually longer because they are inside the skin. I ONLY MEASURED THE PART OUTSIDE THE FUSELAGE on the wires. Mike M

Hello ,keep in touch about 2870

I just bought a Stinson 108-3 with edo 2425s. The floats need 13,000 dollars to repair so i might be looking for 2870s as well. it might be a better float as the 0470 has the power to make them work. please keep me posted on your progress.

Hello,i am trying to find the right lengts on struts,spreaderbars etc for a Stinson 108-3,o470 with edo 2870.I live in northern part of Sweden,there is no 108 on floats in Scandinavia maybe not in Europé.If you have the figures i'll be very pleased.Thanks Mikael.
