Northeast Fly-In - October 24

Definitely on for the 24th. We will have a porta-potty onsite for restrooms and will be doing a grill lunch (burger and hot dogs) or food trucks (depending on how much interest we are seeing). Some of us will be camping out at the airfield Friday and/or Saturday night if you would be interested in doing that as well. CT_Pilot - added a new event, Northeast Fly-In - October 24
Nice little grass strip with two runways (17/25 @ 2,005' and 02/20 @ 1,600') in west-central Connecticut. It's in a nice area, and we will likely do some flying out at some point on Saturday as well, to other strips in the area.
You will need to bring your own tie-downs. We are working on getting some porte-johns delivered and will provide an update on that when we can. Should be a fun time and hopefully not too cold yet. Should be a beautiful flight in and out as we should be somewhere around peak foliage by then I imagine.
Once it is closer, I will look for confirmations to get an idea of how many we can expect so we can plan accordingly. Hope some of y'all up here in the northeast can make it in.
