IMPORTANT NOTE: there is a bug in this section, I can only see your posts if I'm NOT logged in. That's because I'm the administrator of the "event". Crazy huh? So if you need to contact me about this event you should PM me.

Since the shirts can be ordered online, I don't believe I will have any made, I don't want to get stuck with extras I can't sell. Camping will be done where the planes are tied down along the grass. I would imagine you could find someone that would let you camp beneath their wing, unless you are bringing a circus tent of course. ;-)

We would like to try and get a rough estimate of attendees for our planning. Transportation issues have been solved thanks to A.E.R.O products, catering for Saturday is in the works with an estimate due soon, facilities have been arranged, volunteers are stepping up, and we are hoping for a couple of good rains between now and show time for the runway. Reply here or on your club website...thanks

Also, will shirts be available for purchase there as well in case we have extra people join?

Will camping be available if you are not flying in? I am planning on driving in from Tyler, TX. Looking forward to it!

Just got off the phone with Bearhawk Aircraft. They are coming, will have a couple of planes to show, and they will compete.

Tried to get some hats embroidered, but the artwork is too detailed, so shirts will have to do.

If you are coming and plan to stay in a hotel and haven't booked your reservations you'd better get on it. Hotels are filling fast because the wild flowers will be in bloom and the Texas Hill Country is a destination for folks this time of year.

Mike Olson has confirmed that he is bringing Cuzoom to the Texas STOL Roundup. Very cool. Early indications are that this will be an extremely well attended event. Just about have the T-shirt process set up. Exciting times for us Backcountry Pilots!
