Backcountry Pilot

I Traded up from my Zulu II to a PFX, no good, low frequency hum, would not work in one ear. Spent an hour on support with customer service. Sent back two and finally gave up and wanted my Zulu II back - I had to pay $400.00 to get a Zulu II back as I had to buy it as part of the Trade up program - very unhappy with Lightspeed - never again will I buy from them.
