I am working on a 108-1751 that has the 0470 mod. the serial number looks like it runs into the 108-2 numbers so is the mod legal for this AC?? Also it has the Air Mod STC metal wings but I don't have anything but the front page of the STC. Does anyone have the rest of the STC so MY IA will sign it off.
Does anyone know how to tell which wings I have??

If you are missing paperwork it would be best to get the aircraft records on CD from the FAA... This would list what STC's are installed and you can research applicability from there..

As for legality of the 0-470 on a -2, I did one two years ago... Took a J motor at 225HP and made a real performer out of the Stinson. Would have to look up that STC number. I do know the holder was in the Portland (Northern Oregon) area.

Cant help you on the Wing STC.. I would research for a contact person to the original issuer and see if they have any info.

No one is around from the company the did the STC on the metal wings. That is why I am looking else where for info.
