182 Annual in North Idaho
Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?
Hello BCP. I have finally realized an 8+ year dream of moving to North Idaho! Now I need to annual the good old straight tail 182 and I was looking for recommendations on a shop or A&P in the area.

JMO but I need to trust anyone working on my bird. Been bit before. Just went in for an annual and he said I needed a jug. I was going to sell the bird so I said make it right. When I went to pick it up, it ate itself on takeoff. Never a a moment in its life before that. It cost me a new engine. If I were you I would jump over the Polson and talk to Willie Stene. He does all the Sportsman STOL stuff. He just installed a new motor in my Cessna 180. I live in Texas and flew it all the way because I trust him. Great people. Stene Avaition!!

I’ve got a 182 and Patrick Yancey has been very fair. He works on several of my buddies planes too. (208)610-3450 .

Go see Willey Stene.
Absolutely top notch shop and a great guy to work with on your plane.
Congratulations on the move. I’m envious.
