Re: 2 PA-18s, 1 SuperStol, 1 Wag-Aero Sportsman

Oh yeah! This was great. It inspires me to re-cut my leaky-head-over-heating engine video to Lil Wayne's "Gettin' Some Head". I just wrote my own jingle so I wouldn't offend anyone on here --because that's my main priority in life.

But you have opened the gates. (Keep em comin!)

I was however offended by the dangerous out of control flying. There was a scene where a cub was uncoordinated. I wrote my congressman about it. You'll get a letter in the mail.

Oh, good point Wyoming, I meant to say I loved all the flying EXCEPT the hydroplaning the wheels, EVERYONE KNOWS that is extremely dangerous, as well as unsafe and most importantly nearly always UNNECESSARY! Otherwise, great work.

Re: 2 PA-18s, 1 SuperStol, 1 Wag-Aero Sportsman

I never said anything about being offensive, I said I didn't think it was appropriate for this website. Big difference. Takes a lot to offend me. Zane doesn't seem to have a problem with it and neither does most everyone else, ok, thats fine. I voiced my opinion on the sound track and was complimentary on the rest of the video. Ok, nuff said....

Re: 2 PA-18s, 1 SuperStol, 1 Wag-Aero Sportsman

It doesn't belong here because it doesn't exemplify backcountry flying? Glaciers and Mountains go on another site? This site is strictly for crop dusting now? I didn't get the memo, but wondered what happened.

Or because you want to put the country back in backcountry? Nothing wrong with that! Get you a can corder and start making some videos. It's real easy-like.

Or is it because you run a local daycare service and exclusively play BCP videos to entertain the kids?

Just curious why you'd like to banish some backcountry videos from a backcountry site and end it with nuff said. Sounds like nothing was said.

It's was a two part flying day here in the backcountry of Ohio between fixing brake lines on an old Chevy and dealing with cattle. Not exactly a gangster rap day, but still a good day nonetheless. I had nowhere to go--just carved up the sky.

Thanks for all of the positive feedback, makes it even more fun to makes these videos.

Oh my sides.

But seriously, I understand what he is saying. If you have expletives in your video, it isn't hard to warn people upfront.

I don't mind the occasional profanity or adult concept. I also don't care much for rap, so I muted it. I'd never have known there was offensive words had I not been alerted. In that genre of music it seems to be commonplace, so not surprising. I'm just happy there are good videos being shared.

I think the greater concept here, and something I try to adhere to, is to only comment if I can be complimentary. I'm a person and I have opinions, so there's a lot I don't open my mouth about.

As for what is appropriate here and what is not, I realize I may not make that very clear via example or rules or guidelines, but I have explicitly said that strategic profanity is okay:

Anyway, time to gas the henhouse with nitrous. More laughs from BCP.

Rap isn't my thing, but it was still an awesome video. Went through the rest of your youtube channel, really enjoyed everything else. Awesome content!

* I didn't think it was appropriate due to the language, however, since this is Zanes site, he makes the call. No, glaciers and mountains don't go on another site, I never said that, my concern was the soundtrack not the scenery. I think the foul language and message does not exemplify back country flying, others may think it does but I do not.*

Or because you want to put the country back in backcountry? Nothing wrong with that! Get you a can corder and start making some videos. It's real easy-like.

*Yes I can get me a "can corder" and do that and post here*

Or is it because you run a local daycare service and exclusively play BCP videos to entertain the kids?

* No, I do not run a daycare service but when listening to this I thought about other's who may click on to video and have kids in the room. Ya, sure, just hit mute, at what point? After they have heard part of it already? I would imagine Grasspilot or anyone else probably wouldn't want their kids to hear that kind of language.*

Just curious why you'd like to banish some backcountry videos from a backcountry site and end it with nuff said. Sounds like nothing was said.

* Zane's call weather to allow it on his site or not. I was done explaining my opinion, that was the "nuff said" reference. However, since you brought it up and directed your post directly at me I am responding to you now. Zane mentioned in a post that if he finds something he doesn't care for he generally doesn't comment, I agree with that and I do the same, however, in this case, IN MY OPINION, I thought the lyrics were not appropriate for this website and so I voiced my opinion. I thought language and message in the lyrics crossed the line, many of you did not agree and that is fine. I will repeat, the fellow made a fantastic video, it is his choice of soundtrack that I take exception to. I appreciate all the videos posted here, I appreciate the time people put into them, I appreciate the fact that people want to share their experiences with us, and I really appreciate your videos Windy!

Great video. I love rap, if it matters. We live in an easily offended society. Good job making the video, the editing, and good choice of music. Thanks for sharing.

I don't think we'll see that on BCP, too many good folks and the right amount of moderation to keep "broken windows theory" from setting in.

I am going to watch the vid with the sound off. Problem solved, thanks for the warnings :)

Man, for what it's worth, the scenery and country you guys get to fly in on a regular basis blows my mind. Everywhere has it's own elements of beauty, from plains of wheat fields and farm land, coastal beaches, mountains and forests. All I can say is thanks for sharing this stuff. It's like looking in the toy store window...

Thanks for the great video. I'm an old man trying to finish up a Bearhawk Patrol so I can come play and envy you guys that are out playing already. Due to may age rap will not be my choice but my wife is 16 years younger and listens to some rap. Music drives emotions and moods. I get weird looks when I have dime bag Darrel cranked up in my shop but it's a great music type for beating metal into submission. Please keep the videos coming.

Amazing video. Other than the comments on this thread, the best part is the video series title... "boring flights boring people" makes me smile. Also I think J Cole tells great stories.

Not my kind of music... but my music choice would probably be considered 'weird' by most.. anyway... good footage.. nice scenery! Liked it overall!
