They get to snag them from just below the hatchery. Idaho did have a general salmon season this year for us aliens; first one in like 20 years or so.

yeah well if it was Kalifornia you'd already be explaining them to Fish and Game or some other such bureaucrat...They even protect the rats and snails here...
