I believe this is from the movie "Stealth". Either that or Jessica Biel joined the Navy!

One of my friends got a ride from San Diego to Pearl Harbor on a carrier with his son. He tried to work it into an airplane ride but the CO said no. You have to know a Senator to get one I think, and then he better be on the Armed Services Committee.

RE: High performance military plane rides= It has always pissed me off that news anchors, weathermen, pro sport athletes, actors, etc routinely get rides in fighters but rarely does a normal, tax paying pilot get the chance. Wouldn't it be nice if licensed pilots could sign up for some kind of lottery to have a CHANCE for a ride, somebody that actually might enjoy and appreciate the opportunity??

+it is wwho you know!! about 12 yrs ago I ran an LCU landing craft in to Sasabo harbor with my son, then 6 yrs ago I was to fly one of the large hover craft out of Little Ceerk Va. but the bow trusters were not working right so we sat behind the crew and found out it was easyer to land my 180 in a gusting crosswind than fly the hover craft, so maybe I will get my make a wish for OLDFARTS and a carrier landing!!!thanks for listing.

Just send $100 to my PP account for each entry ticket you'd like. When the account grows "big enough" I'll announce the winner. Special offer for FF: 9 entries for $1000.
