Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted.
I'm pretty sure the Military has something we don't because if they relied only on GPS this would never happen. Problem is, GPS not only runs locating devices but banks wire transfers, atm's, and a whole bunch more. What's wrong with these idiots?

Their financing may run out first.
However it is just a matter of time before a system like this is up and running. They need to get them on the right spectrum though.
