Looks like he's got the stick set up for fairly high rate elevator travel. Only a couple inches back and forth for a good amount of pitch control. Unfortunately it looks like he still has to throw the stick pretty far to the side to get full aileron travel, seems out of balance with the elevator. But I'm not an experienced acro guy, so there may be some reason why it's that way.
I'm guessing that's a Swick conversion because of the center seat. Nice upgrade to have the fuel gauges in the wing roots on a T-craft, never thought of that. I'd love to fly a clipwing T-craft some day.
