We just returned from our trip to Idaho. We camped one night at Cavanaugh Bay. As has been reported in the forum, a beautiful location.

While we were there, we found out that the runway will be closed from 9-11-08 through 11-15-08 for re-seeding and sodding of the runway.

There is a Notam as well.

Thanks for the report Mauleace. I'm looking forward to getting back there next summer and seeing how the improvements to the strip turned out. The ground was starting to get a little choppy at the south end.
