787-9 Demonstration
Links to general aviation backcountry flying-oriented videos. It can be yours or stuff you find on the internet. Please no airline/military.
I thought you guys might like to see this, with the caveat that it is not backcountry. It is however a pretty good display of how the machine operates at low weights. I also thought it was cool how you can see the flight controls and load alleviation capabilities (the out board ailerons are both deflected trailing edge up in the wind up turns) operate during the flight.

I love it when you get to see the big birds off their leash. No fat ass and whiny passengers in back, they really flew the heck out that thing! And I'll bet even that is not what it can really do....... great find.

That wing looks so flexible they probably do that to keep the wingtips from touching each other during those steep turns.

I'm lost
but I'm not afraid
That wing profile is crazy!
I'll have to watch it again on the computer to catch the control surfaces. But the line up on that last landing was spot on!
