Attended this event at Lake Elsinore today. Pat Moorehead did 80 skydives on his 80'th birthday-quite a feat. 3 pilots, two airplanes, 8 packers and a great support group. I was impressed. p.s.- he is a nice guy too!

That comes to one ride to altitude, jump to ground, and change chutes every 5 minutes! That is incredible! Did I figure that right?
That just does not seem possible!

Jumps out at 2100' and beats the plane down most of the time. Two helpers get him out of his rig and two more get him in the next one. By that time the plane (206) is there and in he goes. One more helper in the plane checks his gear as they takeoff. Google Pat Moorehead 80 skydives and you can time a circuit. BTW- after 80 he said "I want to do one more" and did so with an American flag flying off his leg and rig.
Class act, that one.
