A good Flight Home from AZ.

I have been visiting my son and grandson in Phoenix, AZ. area for the last month. My grandson things he might like to learn to fly so I took my Cessna down for him to fly. We took a trip to Sedona and to Marana for breakfast. Yesterday (17th) I flew back home to Vale, Or. I had the GPS all programed and it was a great flight, except the wind right out of the North. It took me a little over 6 hours, with fuel stops in St. George, UT. and Ely, NV.There was a little weather in the St. George area I had to go around, but other that that it was a great trip. I had a good stay with my son and he treated me royaly. I got to see some Pro baseball spring training games, some Phoenix Suns basketball games and two DBacks games. LIFE IS GOOD. Skybobb.

Yes, I know i could see the lights at the track as I drove out to my son's place, south of Goodyear, the other night. They were getting ready for the NASCAR airforce at the Goodyear airport. Bob
