In the first picture I can see several other of "my" sites across the valley, endless landing possibilities with all types of degrees of difficulties/slopes etc. I was over there earlier that morning, first time this year (so many sites so little time). This one is down the ridge a few miles, but I can still it and the others it from my living room window, handy that. The landing site is the sagebrush free zone(pretty much) right above the rock cliffs. The landing itself is not that tricky but the approach is intimidating the first couple times, I gotta shoot a vid of that one
Hey AKTahoe: I like the rating system you have, that cracks me up! That Nevada flying looks great! And, I am glad to hear your plane also has the auto heat system, where somehow it raise the cabin temps automatically and the palms get a little sweaty, right before a new landing area is nailed! Amazing how that works
