Good gosh, he was smoked. Scary to think he is a pilot and instructor. He was trying to show people his license and medical.

J there are some more pictures of the one blade with explanation in this slide show. They had a drag race with two idential planes, except one was two bladed. The single won. At the tip, you can push or pull the blade out about 10 inches, increasing the pitch (bite). This happens when taking off, vs cruise automaticly with no controls or oil, etc. Very cool.
