I have no specific knowledge about this particular aircraft, but this seems like it could be a lot of airplane for the money:
http://www.barnstormers.com/ad_detail.php?ID=1063524The Aeronca Sedan, with 180 hp engine, is one heck of a good performer on wheels and floats. Low time engine, the wing AD is done, what's not to like?

I saw that one also. I have a good friend who had one and said they are sweet airplanes to fly.

Sorry, no posting of threads for aircraft for sale that aren't owned by you. It's one of the rules of the marketplace but extends to the rest of the site to prevent brokering, though I know MTV's intentions are genuine and he is being helpful.
If it's a response to another user looking for a specific airplane, that is ok.
