Hello fellow aviators and friends,

Because of how busy we are at this time of the year with the holidays and spending time with our families, OPA, KTTD chapter has delayed our holiday get together until after the first of the year. Please mark your calendar for Sunday January 4th and the alternate day will be Sunday January 11th should we experience inclement weather on January 4th . Now for the really exciting news, we are going to meet at the Multnomah Falls lodge for Sunday brunch! If you have never been to the lodge for Sunday brunch you are in for a real treat. They will have a carving station with ham, roast beef, shrimp, poached salmon and the traditional bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, potatoes, salads, crepes and pastries and my personal favorite champagne and handmade desserts from a woman in Corbett Oregon. We will enjoy a bountiful brunch next to the thundering falls and a crackling fireplace in the beautiful and majestic lodge starting at twelve noon.

Now this is what you have to do to join us, it is imperative that you reply to this email with the following information: your name, how many will be in your party and your telephone number to contact you in case of bad weather. If you do not want to reply to this email but still wish to attend please contact Patricia or I at (503)-236-1203, leave a message if there is no answer. Do not wait to reply, the lodge needs to know how many of us they will be serving to properly staff and ensure an exquisite experience.

We wil probably drive up on saturday and enjoy some sights, stay somwhere ? I will call you this weekend for some ideas.
