Die????!!!! That Stinson doesn't look anywhere near dead to me!!!
I do have a brand new, never installed, left front spar for that plane, if the owner wants to rebuild. It's gathering dust here, and I'd make a deal on it.

As they say, any airplane can be rebuilt--all you need is the data plate! And money. :)
