Airframes Alaska roof damage (Expect more delays)

Saw this on youtube, pretty bad windstorm across the valley yesterday, everyones ok but expect even more delays if you havent ordered this year.

That’s really unfortunate. That was quite a windstorm, in a place that gets some unbelievable wind storms…..
I wish them luck and speed getting repairs complete and production back on track.

As a Cheyenne Wy resident we know wind. We have had three days with 80-100 mph winds in last couple of weeks. Nothing new for us. Glad no one was injured.

Seeing the videos, it was sustained winds of that degree over several days, not just peak gusts but honest 100mph sustained winds. Looking at the airports it’s like a hurricane came through for those who were unprepared.
Had heard any available heavy equipment was being asked to go to some airports to help with makeshift tie downs.
