Airplane? Horse not Dog.

A good cow pony will race ahead to turn the crazy eyed cow and her acolytes and then race back to push the dregs, even biting cows to make them move. A horse is a professional. It will do its job until the legs give out, but it won't love you. If you go off and hit your head, it will eat grass until you wake up.

A dog will learn what you teach it, love you, and stand by you until death.

Your airplane is a horse, not a dog. It is designed to fly. Only you can unfly it. It will do its job, according to the laws of aerodynamics, until its legs give out. It will not love you. An airplane is a pile.

There are just two kinds of piles. The one you flew last was tired. The mound of tube and fabric out behind the hanger is all used up.

Ha Ha! Very true.

Both a horse and a dog will bit you if you don't keep an eye on them.

I don't know now. I have owned all three. The horse is completely unpredictable, the airplane almost completely predictable, but the dog when you least expect it will shine like you cant believe.
