Alaska job

Hmmm... except for the fact that I've only got a private certificate and I don't have any experience in the aircraft listed... this job would be perfect for me!

Re: Alaska job

I'm sorry Kevbert, but that job is perfect for ME. I'm sure they'll be impressed with my 9 hours of Super Cub time.

Re: Alaska job

Make sure you get exact specifics on a job like this. This is a job running hunters back and forth. A friend of mine got hired for a very similar job posting. Went up there and found it to be little flying and mostly setting up and catering to hunters while they were at the remote hunting site. He turned around and left that day.

Re: Alaska job

What BM said...twice. There are some good operators who have no trouble getting their pilots to come back year after year, and then there are the others. Not to say this outift is one way or the other, for such is life in the Far West. :D

That being said, it really is a lot of fun, that is until you HAVE to go do it.
