Alaska Wing Men, Season Two

Look for the gorgeous Staheli girls of Lee's Sea Air in Kiana starting Jan 02, 2012!!!! Nothing against young Ariel, but Zaz and Lexy kick her ass. In the air, and in the looks dept.

MON JAN 30 10P et/pt
Small Alaskan towns like Noorvik face challenges when it comes to overcrowded prison cells, so pilot Zaz Staheli must transport an intoxicated female prisoner to the nearest jail.

Haven't seen this series before, thanks for pointing it out Gump.

Too bad they can't do any better in the editing department than Discovery, flys a turbine Otter in & when he shuts down it sounds like a 1340 clanking to a stop, then the turbine spools down. #-o

Re: Alaska Wing Men, Season Two

I can never find this in the TV listings. I have cable, and NatGeo, but all thats ever on is Alaska State troopers. Does Hulu or anyone else have this?

Re: Alaska Wing Men, Season Two

same here.. alaska troopers is all they have on Cox Cable... We do get the gold show and Ariel back to back and over and over...by the way do any of you Alaska guys have any more poop on the gold show... We all know it's not all as it is portrayed in the shows .. did they ever find enough gold to make it worth all the expense they say they incurred... and I would assume the show pays them a pretty penny also...

Re: Alaska Wing Men, Season Two

Like most "reality" shows, the gold show is mostly for the audience and about people interaction more than gold. I'm a geologist that does mineral-related exploration and nobody in their right mind would spend the money these guys are spending without doing some preliminary test work. I saw that they did finally get someone up to drill a few holes after they had spent most of the first half of the season floundering around in the muck. I suspect they're making enough $ on the TV rights to do stupid stuff....

My two cents.

Lee's been flying commercially in AK while in that wheelchair for decades now. You won't find a finer family anywhere.

Watched Alaska Wing Men Last night (rerun and tvo'ed ) and it was about the Snow mobile race. Could have had individual flying polished 180 (passenger -co pilot ) had on a Backcountry Pilot baseball hat.
