People love seaplanes. I blame it on the TV show "Fantasy Island".

Seaplane owners need to be careful in Oregon. Most places I set down somebody is filming, usually with a cellular telephone in a benign act of curiosity! People love seaplanes. I blame it on the TV show "Fantasy Island".![]()
I was on Yaquina River, Oregon a few months ago. And people jumped out of the car (HWY 20) fascinated to see a seaplane and started filming. I was completely legal and had nothing to worry.
