Almost There

Well guys, I have spent about 4 years now lurching in the background. Reading just about every post that anyone has ever written. After what seems to be an eternity ( several health set backs) I finally soloed last nov. and if the weather plays nice I hope to have my private by the end of this month.
I visit BCP almost everyday hoping to have a new story to read, and dreaming of the day I can write my own.

I hope to fly my father and myself to caveman this year or anywhere with scenery really ( not much here in east Texas) and maybe meet everyone.
Here's my solo if anyone is interested

Re: Almost There

Welcome. It is good you started posting now so keep it going. Congratulations on your solo and keep is posted on your check ride. Can't wait to see your future posts on places you visit. Every winter I think Texas looks like a great place to be flying.

Nice Work! Publicly stated goals are 98.8261% more likely to be achieved so you are a shoo in. Keep at it.

40% of statistics are made up on the spot?

he's right though, it's bigger motivation now that you've put it out to the world as a goal!
