Those two families (Franklins and Younkins) have had far more than their share of tragedies. The loss of the two elders in their prophetically named airshow act "the Masters of Disaster" was a terrible loss for the airshow community. The subsequent marriage of Kyle Franklin and Amanda Younkin was a joy, and their airshow acts were as exciting as their father's had been.
A terrible loss for Kyle, and the Younkin family, and all of us who love airshows, and enthusiastic aviators.
RIP Amanda, and our deepest condolences to Kyle,
