Amazing New Zealand

This is a pretty amazing video. All shot with DSLR, Go-Pro, and a quadrotor. In the description on vimeo he explains cameras, settings, etc.
What a beautiful country, and a great production with time lapses, aerial, and dolly shots.

I would love to get there some day.

How many landing spots did you see?

:D :D yup...she's not a bad spot down there eh!! Fantastic video, amazing to watch.

Being able to call this "a part of our backyard" and being able to enjoy flying around here is a total privilege. It still blows me away! :D

You guys sure have some beautiful terrain, no doubt about it. I don't know what the regs and bureaucracy are like, but judging by all the helo, ag, skydive and glacier-landing activity I witnessed, I'm guessing it's a can-do atmosphere.
Did they ever prove/ disprove that rumor about the bulldozer wedged inside the Lake Manapouri hydroelectric tunnel?

Wow, that was gorgeous. I really liked the time lapses of clouds and fog in the mountains.

Pretty amazing what one talented guy can create these days with video. Imagine how much something like this would have cost to produce just 10 years ago.
