ANC prebuy shop recommendations?

Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?

ANC prebuy shop recommendations?

Can any give a good recommendation for a shop/mechanic to do a prebuy in Anchorage?

You won't find a more thorough mechanic around Anchorage.

Kevin Ferris if he is still around. Wasilla is last location I am aware of.

He rebuilt my 185 about 25 years ago, superb job!

If I still lived up there that is who I would have work on my airplane.

Kevin is out at June Lake in the Wasilla area. As of about two years ago, he was primarily taking care of Beavers. Haven't been out his way in a while, but he was talking about finding someone to take over his business.
