Another Idaho trip report

....As a follow up of my first trip report from 2015 to Idaho, I've now completed my first video documenting our 2016 trip. The first trip report was done mostly with text and a few pictures, but this one I've ventured out and added video. This is my first shot ever at using a go-pro, the go-pro software and editing. Little rocky at first but it's amazing how intuitive they make the technology.

My first report from 2015 for reference:

This year's trip was in early June, the week before the Bushwheel fly-in. Weather was cold and a little snowy, but that just gave us more opportunity to meet new friends around the campfire. We did get a few days of flying in, re-visiting my favorites from my first trip last year and adding some new ones.

Thanks for the kind comments so far. I did notice a typo....I typed in "upper loon" instead of lower loon. Blame it on my late night editing while simultaneously pouring over potential 2017 camping spots in Galen's book! :D

Very nice! I especially like that the music was more peaceful than some sound tracks folks attach to their flying videos. To me, flying is a peaceful thing, and I find myself shutting off videos that are accompanied by raucous music--and I watched yours till the very end. Again, very nice.

Thanks....that's exactly what i was going for. When I'm flying, my "mental soundtrack" is much more subdued than most; same thing on the ground camping. Almost the whole reason i have a plane is to have those types of experiences and hopefully meet new friends that are into that as well.
