Any Landmark (0U0) pireps?

Anyone landed @ Landmark lately? Never been there, wondering how the strip surface is.

You flew over it on your way into 3U2 on the 24th!
When I departed 3U2 on the 29th, it was clear but probably soft.
Nothing there, so why do you ask?

I know, wish I had taken a closer look. Thought I might check it out this weekend. Is the fishing any good there?

IDK how the fishing is at Landmark, but I know it looked like Weatherby Would have some good spots next to the runway to fish! Of course the river looks super high and not so much clear right now at JC so I am sure that Landmark isnt' that great either. But I've been wrong before! :D

I flew the rounds while up there and all the drainages were running high.
Probably too much for fishing.
As far as I'm concerned, Johnson Creek requires explosives to get fish.
Probably the only creek I've ever fished and not caught something :(
I did see some fishable water between Big Creek and Chamberlain but hiking to it would have been tough.
I like Loon Creek, but it was high with no color.
All said, I'd rather be up there catching nothing than being "Here" tripping over humans!
Send us a report.

Strip is in pretty good shape. There are a few large baby head size rocks here and there but easy enough to dodge. Surface has a little cushion but is plenty firm. Wind sock is INOP. Only about half a roll of toilet paper left in the vault toilet. Nice place. Didn't do any fishing, instead went up to JC again to grab a cup of coffee.
