I use the DC Pro-X at work. They do have Bluetooth, and it works very well. You need to get the $637 version, though. I believe they have a cheaper one with no ANR/BT. This is a great headset. ANR works well enough for the 180, much to my surprise.
I bought a set of Lightspeed PFXs at Oshkosh and flew with them almost all the way back to the west coast in my 180 (17-ish hours).
The good:
Very comfortable
Fantastic cables (never gave cables a second thought, but these are awesome)
Very quiet
Good Bluetooth
Cool iPhone app
The bad:
Giant control box, though it fits perfectly in the sidewall pouch of the 180.
Horrendous battery life. Worst I've ever seen. New batteries at OSH, and they died at the 14 hour mark. Didn't even make it home. My remaining Bose X made it the full round trip on one set of batteries with lots of life still left. This alone is probably a deal breaker for me, given the need for four batteries at a time.
The ANR comes on in steps. Nothing at first, then after 5 seconds or so, it gets quieter, then a but later, quieter still. It seems to go through 3-4 learning cycles before I got 'max quiet'. Maybe a minute total. This alone isn't a biggie, but about every 10-15 minutes in flight, usually when I moved my head to look for traffic or use a chart, the ANR would lose its low frequency cancellation. I'd look down, and I'd get a rumble in my headset. After a few minutes, the box would learn again, and it'd go back to normal. It was quicker just to cycle the ANR off/on. For an $1100 headset, this is unacceptable to me.
The rumble issue isn't super obtrusive, but for this kind of coin shouldn't happen.
Now, I just got back from OSH, and will call Lightspeed on Monday to see if I got a bum headset. If it's normal, it's going back. If it's not, I will amend this accordingly.
Too bad, I *really* wanted to love this headset.
Unfortunately, I traded in one of my trusty Bose X headsets for a $ credit, and I doubt I'm going to get it back.
