After 33 years of ownership, Mel Rozema has decided to sell his Cessna 180. It is a 1960 "C" model with only 2000 hrs total time. The engine is an O-470-L with approx. 200 hours SMOH. It has one Garmin GPS/com and an older Apollo panel mount GPS. There is no intercom. This 180 is an original factory bare metal airplane with trim paint only. The interior was re-done a few years back with a new headliner and carpet and is in excellent condition. The airplane is truly a step back in time and is completely stock with no modifications whatsoever. It has been professionally maintained throughout its live and the annual inspection was completed just a month or so ago. Mel is the second owner and logs and other records go back to the factory. The airplane is perfectly rigged and flies beautifully. Mel is asking $75,000.
