Baby stinsons?

I love the look of the little 105 Voyager/ HW-75/Model 10's..

I don't know anything about them.. looks like a fun little around the patch airplane!

Re: Baby stinsons?

A local guy around here bought a bay stinson a few years back with (as I recall) a 90hp Franklin. Not a very STOL-capable airplane. Unfortunately after not too long he crashed it at his short backyard airstrip with his wife on board, killing both of them. Very sad.

Re: Baby stinsons?

I have a friend that is finishing up a 10A with a 0-235 Lycoming.
Should be a nice little plane.

Re: Baby stinsons?

I have seen some pictures of a couple in Alaska that have 0-320's and Borer props with bush wheels.... I think that yellow one is one of them. Were built by the Alsworths I think and I know that all the mods were approved via 337 field approvals.... From what I was told, they make great little bush planes with that setup.

Yeah it looks like a fun little plane for sure, notice it has the leading edge slats in front of the ailerons just like the 108's.
