Backcountry Hospitality in Truckee

Airplane with big tires $100000+, gas to get to Truckee $100, first Sierra backcountry flying experience........priceless!!!:-)) :D

So....aktahoe took me around his circuit north of Truckee today. We visited a dozen or so places including a little piece of heaven on a mountain top with million dollar views.

Thanks for the hospitality and for opening a whole new world.

Where are the pics? I know Kevin got at at least one good one as he texted it to me as I was sitting at my desk today day dreaming about landing off airport someplace.
