Bad News and maybe Bad News for us!
Debrief, share, and hopefully learn from the mistakes of others.
Another Sad story. A plane crashed into a school in AZ. It was lucky no one was inside the school but this won't look good on General Aviation after the finger pointers get done.
http://www.timesleader.com/news/Four_pe ... -2010.htmlIt said the plane circled the area before it crashed. I have no idea what caused the crash but if there is anything I would try to miss, if I still had control, it would be a school or church. Sad, sad news and my condolences to the victims families.

well if you gotta hit a school... do it in summer. Nobody around. During a recession... everybody is looking for bad news and finger pointing comes next. Just part of the environment. With no lawyers chasing around on behalf of the dead and next of kin... it should fade from the general public conciousness pretty quickly. Now go out there and spend some money on your plane... get the economy going. And just ignore bad news on the TV. Posted from a small island where they don't even have little planes. Ever.

Flying is dangerous. If you think otherwise, you are new at this sport. Mind the gravity not the gap.

Around 7,000 ft. elevation and a 100 degree day and four on board.
