Guy/Gals,
I was thinking of towing a banner for my own company (incidental to business). Can I do so with a Private ticket? I have a Commercial Inst. Rotarywing license but did not feel the need to get the same for my fixed wing. I may need to do so if required.
I own a company called "Community Concrete" and my customers are outside a good part of the day. I thought that banner towing would be a good way to target these customers. What are any collective thoughts regarding this mission?
Thanks,
Tom

I see banners for sale on Barnstormers every once in a while, and want to get one to tow past the tourist with cryptic messages on them. Not that this has anything to do with what your asking.

Remember that it is not legal to tow anything with an aircraft except a glider. You will have to get a waiver for your operation that covers each aircraft and each pilot.
