BCP february GA news

Way to go Zzz, just read the allure of backcountry flying in the February issue of General aviation news. Makes me want to call Abw for a set of bush wheels.

VT180, is this a paper publication? Web? I have been looking for a good GA magazine.

Re: BCP february GA news

You can find it at generalaviationnews.com,they had a great article on backcountry flying in the February 22 issue. Several pilots giving great advise to the uninitiated,at the end of the article BCP was given a plug. It was well written and very informative to those of us that fly in hills we call mountains here on the east coast. Don't get me wrong we do have mountains, just not many with there own weather system.

Re: BCP february GA news

I used to subscribe to GA News back in the day, but let it go when it started getting smaller & smaller with less good articles. Used to be a good place to look for airplanes for sale, esp local northwest airplanes, but the classifieds skinnied down too. The back country article in this issue was surprisingly good and pretty long for GA News, I enjoyed reading it. I'm kind of surprised that the whole magazie is available online-- I guess they depend on advertisement revenue not sales to keep afloat.
