I'm not sure how this affects any of us. The meeting is just a public hearing prior to conducting a horse round-up on BLM land. Part of the meeting addresses the vehicles and helicopters used by the wranglers during the round-up. It doesn't have anything to do with policy in regard to general aviation.
If anyone thinks it's a good opportunity to stump for GA, DON'T!!! Wild horse management is an extraordinarily contentious issue and about the last thing we, as pilots, want to associate ourselves with.

I second that advice! There are so many emotional "horse lovers" attached to this issue there is no point in saying anything. Also, be careful if you fly anywhere near mustangs. These "protect the mustangs" people are looking for anyone they can find to blame. Just another group of potential GA haters. Mike
