BCP server speed.

Zane, did you upgrade the server? All of a sudden it is 50% faster. Is anyone else getting faster page loading here?

Yes, but also tuned some stuff with akschu's help. Really been dealing with heavy traffic lately.

We are getting serious about BCP 4.0, which I'm hoping will fix many of the common complaints (except the moderator.)
