I was talking with my buddy at a party last night and he stops mid-sentence and says "oh, I didn't tell you about the Maule in Celaya, did I".

Guy bought a 2003 maule and had it on the ramp for a year or so while he built a shade hanger. The hanger done, he moved the maule into it about a year and a half ago. His SO and he got more serious and he kind of stopped flying. Now the plane is out of annual. He decides that he's done and sells the hanger and the maule to a friend of ours for $30K...

Holy cow...
