Bewear of one Larry Peth operating as Taino Avionics. He is now thought to be living around Darango or pagosa Co.Larry did several Transponder certs around PAN and left town with out finishing the paper work leaving us less money and no certs. Anyone knowing of his wearabouts let me know!!

Re: Bewear of Frud

He's also on facebook, does not apear to be very active, his last post was April 21st. You might try sending a message to him or his wife Patty Peth, or his son Alex Peth, on facebook. According to facebook Alex Peth works at "Sauce Wine and Pizza" in Tucson, phone no. 520-297-8575, that might find him, or it could get people very pissed off at you, or both.

The amount of information Google can find about anyone in under a second is very scary.

Per the FAA website:
LAWRENCE JAY PETH
4721 N GERHART RD
TUCSON AZ 85745-9316

If he's going to continue working as an avionics tech, he'll have to update his address with the feds, so keep an eye on it.

Incidentally, in olden times when I was a collector for a bank in Laramie, skip tracing was my specialty. Everybody has friends or acquaintances to whom they've let slip where they're going. Ask neighbors, others at the airport, etc.--he's bound to have told someone. In the 10 months I worked there, I repo'd vehicles from obscure towns in Kansas, Alaska, Nevada, California, Indiana, North Dakota, probably others that I've forgotten, and of course from various towns in Wyoming and Colorado. Might take a little legwork and some phone calling, but it's not really all that hard to do.

I'm going to give you an example of how to make phone calls, word for word. Phone rings, woman answers. "Howdy! Hey, is Larry there?" "He doesn't live here any more. Who is this?" "I'm an old buddy--any idea where he might be?" "Last I heard from him, he was moving to Colorado. Who is this, anyway?" "Really! Know what he's doing there?" "Still working on radios, I suppose. What's your name?" "Know who he's working for?" "No, but if you find him, let me know." "OK, thanks." click

Notice what's missing?
