Big Bluff Ranch

Flying back from Gravelly Valley today and overflew an airstrip west of Rancho Tehama, In fact it appears that there were two. One a bit north of the other and just below a small reservoir. The northern airstrip is "Big Bluff Ranch" or 73Q at Shortfield.com (interestingly putting 73Q into Airnav gets a 403, access forbidden error)
Anyone know who owns it, and the ?airstrip? due south. The airstrip to the south was more interesting as it had a yellow cub like AC at the south end.

Lat 40degrees, 4min 19.32 N
Long 122 deg, 34 min, 56.52 W
