Bill of Sale - Multiple owners

What is the proper way to fill out the FAA Bill of Sale when there are three owners and one of them wants to sell his interest to the other two owners? Does the selling owner just show himself as the seller with the other two as the purchasers or do all three have to endorse the sellers portion with only the two remaining owners listed as the purchasers? Or something completely different from these two options. I've done lots of aircraft transactions but none quite like this.

The best response so far! And probably what I'll end up doing. Nice pic!

Or call a business that handles this stuff professionally...

Aero-Space Reports in Oklahoma City is the one I used when I had a multiple owner party trying to sell me an airplane and they screwed up the paperwork and couldn't seem to figure out how to fix it.
