Bird dung avoidance

Back flying on floats again ... Performance better than ever.
Unfortunately the gulls have shown up again and gather on the wings while the local floatplanes are moored to anchor. At times there can be 20 gulls gathered, basically just shooting the shit. What a mess, we need to find a solution. We have been parking in the same location for over 30 years and this is a recent problem.

Looking for suggestions on how to keep these birds off our Cessna floatplanes while moored on the water.
Thanks

Re: Bird dung avoidance

Been using an Item called "Scat Matts" they are "Idling" static shock discouragements. May need a thin clear plastic to isolate the Shock Mat from metal surface- not sure .. run on 9v batteries or AC adapters. Use them in the garden to keep out Skunks, Raccoons, and Possums at night, May need to tape in place or clue on some small suction cups. Most learn with a shock or two,
They come in various sizes. I use a couple of the strips and a couple of the small mats.

Best of luck
